SECTION 8

Triangle has extensive experience with the section 8 program including multi-family, cooperative, and senior housing. We currently manage over 1,000 units of project-based section 8 housing at various communities in multiple states, both as entirely section 8 communities and in concert with conventional and section 236 programs. Occupancy at these communities exceeds 98%.

We are experts in the management and administration of the section 8 program and have excellent relationships with HUD and state contract administrators. We will handle your contract renewals, budgeting, and rent schedules, and ensure that your property receives the rent levels that it needs to succeed.

Our management and compliance team will make sure that you are positioned for success with Management and Occupancy Reviews and Real Estate Assessment Center inspections. Our property management software and compliance vendors will ensure that you are operating within the regulations of your program and make sure that your property gets paid.

INDEPENDENT SENIOR LIVING

Triangle has extensive experience in independent elderly housing. We currently manage over 750 units of independent elderly housing in three states under various programs including section 8, section 202, and section 221. Occupancy at these communities typically nears 100%.

We understand that this resident population has special needs and have partnered with HUD to place service coordinators at each of our elderly communities. Our site staff involves the residents in regular activities and programs to ensure a community environment. We ensure that the site staff remains in regular contact with each resident to ensure that their needs are being met.
