Triangle Associates has been providing full-service residential property management and satisfying owners since 1978. We are a HUD approved managing agent and can partner with you to help your property succeed. Our key management team represents over 130 years of combined property management experience.

We have a strong track record for occupancy and financial performance, our portfolio wide occupancy routinely exceeds 97.5%.

Our knowledgeable and experienced property management professionals have what it takes to manage your property. We will manage your asset with integrity and professionalism and will do what it takes to meet your goals and program requirements.

Triangle has experience with Rent Supplement, Rental Assistance, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs, Project Based Section 8, Housing Authority Vouchers, and PRAC. We have participated in the management of HUD’s multifamily properties and currently manage HUD insured and non-insured properties under Sections 221(d)(4), 221(d)(3) MIR and BMIR, 236, 202 and 811.

We work with a broad range of ownership structures including non-profit corporations, limited partnerships, individual owners, joint ventures, general partnerships, and cooperative corporations. We have been contracted as agent for other entities such as RECOLL Management Corporation, Asset Manager for the FDIC, Home Savings of America, and our local Bankruptcy Court.
