Triangle has subsidy experience with Rent Supplement, Rental Assistance, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs, Project Based Section 8, Housing Authority Vouchers, and PRAC. Our firm has participated in the management of HUD’s multifamily inventoried properties and is currently managing HUD insured and non-insured properties under Sections 221(d)(4), 221(d)(3) MIR and BMIR, 236, 202 and 811. We work with a broad range of ownership structures including non-profit corporations, limited partnerships, sole ownerships, joint ventures, general partnerships and cooperative corporations. In the past, we have been contracted as agent for other entities such as RECOLL Management Corporation, as Asset Manager for the FDIC, Home Savings of America and our local Bankruptcy Court.

We are capable of handling any needs you may have, from lease-up of a newly constructed property to putting a struggling property on the path to success.  Each property is unique and we will work with you to analyze your property and develop a plan to meet your goals.  We have a strong track record for high occupancy and good financial performance.  Occupancy of our portfolio generally exceeds 97.5%.
